Not in name only
|
Christians are identified in Christ by wearing his name. However, our identity in Christ is not in name only. Our identity in Christ is reflected in the way we live our lives, the service we offer and the love we express for others. Jesus said in John 15:5: “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, then you will produce much fruit. Without me, you can’t do anything.”

I want you to know that our church in Media Luna is doing well, walking in the Lord’s path. We are blessed with an attendance between 100 and 120 persons at our Sunday services. We are always striving to reach more of Media Luna’s souls for His Kingdom. In August we had a wonderful Vacation Bible School with 82 children participating in it. Our Sunday School has about 65 children.
|
We covet your prayers to get the license for an expanded construction in our home, as our space for the worship services is becoming too small for those attending.
|
|
|

Renee, I am so grateful that Wesley is going to send me a cellular so I don’t have to look for one to borrow to communicate with you all. We are praying for you, your family, Pastor Ernie, Brenda, their children and grandchildren, Starr, all our sisters in Wesley and the Naomi-Rebecca Circle (bold and courageous women), the leaders of the church who work in the Lord’s vineyard.
