The renovation of the sanctuary begins this week with a bit of demolition and the Nomads arrive Jan 24. We received a $3,000 grant for the Nomads for the project. All of the paint for the project has also been donated! Hurray! Sunday, January 23, we will start meeting in the FLC for both services. At first, we will only be livestreaming the message and will attempt some of the music as we move in. In preparation for the service, please start reading Philippians, my very favorite letter of Paul.

We will continue to meet in the fellowship hall until March 27, a long time I know. When we return, we will find beautiful new flooring in the sanctuary, both hallways and the rooms off the office wing. The new drain has been completed in the office wing and we now have a kitchen sink in the office and the water fountain is working! Hallelujah. No more concerns about the bathroom sink or commode draining. All is done. Many thanks to those who made that a reality.

Here is a great verse to kickstart our 2022 together: “I am confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” Philippians 1:6 So carry on God, carry on!

God has allowed me the privilege of sending out requests, since the day we did it by phone. However, now to bring the system up to giving new people the opportunity to serve in this manner, we're trying to change the way we do things. We are asking that instead of emailing me a prayer request, you can email the Church office ([email protected]) or use the link below (in blue) to enter your prayer requests on the Wesley Prayer Wall that is connected to the website. The steps on how to enter a request are featured below as well. If you could please help me in spreading the word on this change, I would greatly appreciate it.

Let us pray for you: When viewing the Worship Service, share/type in your prayer requests in the Comment Field. Your prayer requests will be recorded and added to the Prayer Wall in the church's website so that prayer warriors who visit the Prayer Wall can include your requests in their prayer lists.

We will no longer be having the Salvation Army Donation Drop Box here at Wesley. Unfortunately, there have been items that are too large being left outside of the Drop Box that couldn't be collected and it has become an eye sore & a difficult job for the Salvation Army workers. Below is a link for anyone that would like to schedule a pick up for donations through the Salvation Army.
