Busy couple weeks for Pack a Sack. Earlier this week, the kids from the Community Montessori School Adolescent Program helped organize the PAS room, pack for a week and helped move all food from the Bridges donations to inventory. The Montessori school has been hosting weekly food drives for Pack a Sack since November, so this was a great opportunity for them to see where all the food goes and better understand the impact that this program has right in their backyard. They were the first group that we introduced “kids helping kids” campaign to, and they were all in! Thank you CMS for all your help with PAS.

Tampa Day School's Hawk Walk was held last week and for the 2nd year, they chose Pack a Sack as their charity. It was fun to be involved again setting up, cheering on the kids as they walked A LOT of laps and sharing the excitement right along with them. Many thanks to the Lamont Family for keeping Pack a Sack in the forefront to be chosen again as their charity. I understand this year was even more successful than last! Thank you Tampa Day school for letting me participate and share in the fun of the day. Jamie Wright

Girl Scout Cookies
|
The girl scouts delivered 116 boxes on Sunday. It took all your orders and donations from 2 different troops, but we were able to get a box for every child. What a blessing – thank you to everyone that participated….sincerely appreciate.
